Products and pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed in good faith and may be updated without notice. Prices include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Delivery

See our Delivery Policy for shipping timeframes, costs, and coverage areas. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details and exclusions (e.g. custom or installed items).

Installation services

Where installation is included or purchased separately, work is carried out by qualified, F-Gas certified engineers. Installation appointments are subject to availability and site access requirements communicated at time of booking.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the individual product page (typically up to 7 years on eligible units). This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, as required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
